Ever try working with other people when no one is The Boss?

Well if you're not just waiting for the revolution, tune in to In The Meantime, where we explore collective and democratic decision making in groups involved in building a parallel, non-capitalist economy that works in the here and now.

What can we learn from others about getting along and getting things done? In particular, how do we concretely challenge the status quo while avoiding reactive boom and bust cycles of "activism"? How do co-ops, collectives and the rest of us put food on the table without propping up exploitative systems that merely define us as good workers and consumers? How do we jump into this growing organizing model and start our own collectively run organization?

Featuring interviews with collectives and worker co-ops from the San Francisco Bay and around the world.
